The main circuit is based on the original 70’s op amp muff circuit but extends it with LED clipping for a less compressed sound with more output..
The output of the muff section hits a maxed out HM2 EQ labelled HATE that can be blended into your signal for maximum Swedish death metal aggression and a HUGE boost in output!
The result is a unique fuzz distortion that sounds like nothing else..
Controls:
Top left: HATE (blends in the HM2 tone)
Top right: TONE (muff circuit)
Bottom left: VOLUME
Bottom right: SUSTAIN (fuzz amount)
Toggle SCOOP: centre off, right scooped, left more scooped!
HATE MUFF also features an always on buffer to keep your signal strong. Similar to boss pedals, the buffer will work even if the HATE MUFF is in bypass, preserving your tone all the way through your pedal board!
