Returns Policy

Should the worst happen and an item arrive in a faulty condition, please reach out to us at either 01702313192 or southendmusicexchange@gmail.com

We will pay for the return of your item and you will be issued a full refund the second the item arrived back with us.

All purchases from outside of the UK are subject to Tax and Duties. We will not accept any returns or process cancellations if you forget that you will be presented with a bill by the courier upon it's arrival.

If within 7 days of purchase you decide that you do not want the item you've ordered then please reach out to us. Providing the item is absolutely perfect and resaleable, the item can be exchanged for any item in store, or swapped for a voucher. We'd like to be able to offer refunds in these circumstances but as a small business it costs us too much to offer this service.
