At Southend Music Exchange we'd hate to think of you being dissatisfied with your purchase.

If an item arrives and it is faulty, all you need to do is reach out to us at either

We will arrange return and refund as soon as possible.

If you decide you have changed your mind about your purchase this is also fine, but you will have to cover the cost of return shipping. You have 14 days to make this decision.

In both cases, your refund will be processed when your item arrives back at our shop.
